Kirkland Hendrickson is a program manager at Hatteras Venture Partners, where she supports portfolio companies and health innovation initiatives across the firm’s investment focus areas. With graduate training in public health and healthcare economics, Kirkland has built her career around advancing value-based care, health system transformation, and healthcare technology implementation.

Before joining Hatteras, Kirkland served as a program manager at GoCheck Kids, a Hatteras portfolio company focused on pediatric vision screening. Earlier in her career, Kirkland managed operations and health economics data for CMMI programs—including MSSPs, BPCIs, and other value-based care initiatives—at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Prisma Health (formerly Greenville Health System). Her work supported the implementation of Affordable Care Act reforms and population health strategies, driving performance improvement and clinical integration across large healthcare systems.
