This latest product development supports the company’s initiative to empower patients by facilitating access to and transparency of their own health data through mobile devices.

The patient-driven health record aggregator app allows patients to see and share their health-related data regardless of EHR or patient portal system.
For providers, Medfusion Plus integrates with Medfusion’s portal to give practices a panoramic view of a patient’s care, enabling real-time monitoring. The app is currently mapped to 14 different types of patient portals that represent more than 40 EMRs, and more are being added daily. Medfusion Plus has been rolled out to more than 200 practices, more than 100,000 patients – adding a thousand new patients each week – and is capturing and sharing data that is linked to more than 10,000 different healthcare organizations.
